The Ayrshire bacon and Stornoway blackpudding we use in our menus are obtained from Robertsons of Ardrossan and Charles McLeod of Stornoway respectively.
Our vegetables and fruit are supplied by Forsyths of Coatbridge. Although a large company, Forsyths give excellent service and supply quality pruducts with emphasis on local produce where possible.
The Fish People in Glasgow supply all our fish needs, and are a company who are committed to providing sustainable and organic produce.
The cheese in our restaurant is provided by the Lymkilns Cheesemonger in Glasgow and we are fortunate to be able to provide locally brewed ales straight from Strathaven Ales. We also use Wallaces Express and Inverarity Vaults to ensure we have an enviable range of wines and spirits.
Our list of food sources would be imcomplete if we did not mention the Strathaven free range eggs, vegetables, cream and cheese supplied by local farmers.
We are also in the enviable position of having our own gardener, Robert Marshall, who ensures we have fresh produce from our very own garden.
