Our staff are key to the successful running of our restaurant. They are trained to a high standard, to ensure that their skills are developed and recognised. Below are some of the courses they have taken recently.
Leonard Allen and Stephen Conway have successfully completed an Intermediate Health and Hygeine course and a Level 2 NVQ Professional Cookery course. Leonard is also working to Level 3 and hopes to complete this in the near future
Not to be outdone, Fiona McLaughlin has passed her Higher Certificate in Wine. During this course she learned about wine-making, wine areas and tasting. Fiona hope to continue and complete the advanced course.
